• How does Dobby Walla work?
Simply choose the way laundry is to be done and then proceed to the next step by selecting the speed of service which you can choose from same day delivery, express delivery or regular delivery. Note that all services are available upon our laundromat partners availability. Right after that you will be able to select the date and time for pick up and delivery. You will be able to select the desired location on the same page. Proceed to the checkout summary page to submit your order and your order will be created and you are ready to go.
• What is the turnaround time?
There is speed of service on our app which you can request from same day delivery, express delivery and regular delivery. The turnaround time for these deliveries varies from less than 12 hours, 24 hours and 3 day at max but to remind that certain services requires more time.
• Where do you clean my clothes?
After your items are collected by our driver, they are taken to one of our local partner facilities. Each order is processed separately - Laundry orders are weighed and cleaned, while all other services are individually itemised and processed.
